Limelight Legends Rewards Terms & Conditions

The following Terms and Conditions are for the Limelight Legends Rewards Program.

By using your membership account you agree to these terms and conditions. Limelight Cinemas reserves the right to change without notice the terms and conditions of Limelight Legends.

Members should refer to limelightcinemas.com.au for the current terms and conditions.

  1. Joining and Program Eligibility
  • A person must be aged 13 years or older to be eligible to join Legends Rewards.
  • A valid email address and other mandatory information must be supplied in order to be eligible to join. Please refer to the online signup form at http://limelightcinemas.com.au
  • A membership account must comprise of a single person.
  • Legends Rewards is open to anyone 13 years or older, but is limited to one membership per individual.
  • Legends Rewards membership is valid for 12 months from the date of issue and is automatically renewed each 12 month anniversary from the sign-up date provided the member remains Active.
  • Members are defined as Active once they have completed the mandatory enrolment fields and if they have used their membership in a transaction at least once during the past 12 months. Otherwise a member is considered to be inactive.
  • Limelight Cinemas reserves the right to not accept a Legends Rewards membership should they believe that the use is unauthorised, fraudulent or otherwise unlawful.
  1. Program Benefits
  • Discounted Tickets
  • Legends Rewards Members will have access to a discounted ticket offer available for all sessions.
  • This discount entitles the member to a ticket at a lower price than that of a non-member (maximum 4 discounted tickets per membership, per session).
  • This discount can be accessed at the point of purchase by presenting their Legends Rewards Membership either online or in-store.
  • Limelight Cinemas reserves the right to alter or remove these discounts at their sole discretion without notice
  • Earning Points
  • Food & Beverage
    • Points are earned at the rate of $1 spend = 10 points.
    • Points cannot be earned on alcohol and the purchase of vouchers and gift cards.
  • Tickets
    • Points are earned based on session type at the following rates.
      • Traditional = 100 points.
      • Limelight PLUS+ = 150 points.
      • XD = 150 points.
      • The Lounge = 200 points.
    • A member may only earn points on their own ticket (limit 1 per session).
    • Members will earn points on all food and beverage purchases (excluding alcohol).
    • Vouchers when redeemed earn at 50 points per session.
    • If points are earned on purchased tickets and/or food and beverage items and are subsequently refunded, the points accrued for the applicable transactions will be void.
    • Members cannot transfer points to another member.
    • Points cannot be redeemed for cash.
    • Points are valid 24 months from the date they are earned and cannot be extended.
    • Whilst Limelight Cinemas makes every effort to ensure that the benefits and privileges of the Legends Rewards Program will be available at all times, unfortunately circumstances beyond the control of Limelight Cinemas may arrive. These include but are not limited to, unforeseeable software problems, and internet outages.

 

  • Redeeming Points
  • Points can be redeemed both online and in store by a member by accessing their Legends account.
  • Member can redeem points on select tickets and food and beverage items. The list of items and the points value attributed to each item is subject to change at any time without notice. Please refer to the rewards matrix at http://limelightcinemas.com.au
  • Restrictions to the availability of free or discounted ticket redemptions may apply to certain films, sessions, dates or any other reasonable limitation imposed by Limelight Cinemas.
  • Points cannot be redeemed on the purchase of alcohol, vouchers or gift cards.
  • Points cannot be combined with cash to redeem items. Members must have enough points to cover the entire cost of the selected item.
  • Online booking fees may apply to redemption transactions made online or through the mobile app.
  • All redemption of points is final and cannot be reversed or exchanged for another item.
  1. Communication Subscriptions
  • Limelight Cinemas may send communications via Email or SMS to members.
  • By enrolling in Legends Rewards, members will be automatically enrolled into and consent to receiving marketing communications, including but not limited to Limelight Legends e-Newsletter as well as other email and SMS communications.
  • Members can opt-out unsubscribed from at any time by clicking “Unsubscribe” at the bottom of an email, replying “Stop” to an SMS or by updating their communication preferences when logged into their account.
  • If a member opts-out or unsubscribes from receiving marketing communications, Limelight Cinemas will only contact the member with important information that directly impacts their membership account including but not limited to changes to Terms and Conditions and program changes.
  1. Other
  • Limelight Cinemas reserves the right to terminate Limelight Legends Rewards at any time without providing any reason or giving any prior notice. All benefits will be forfeited on termination of membership or on termination of Limelight Legends Rewards. Limelight Cinemas will have no further liability to any member on termination of the member’s membership or termination of Limelight Legends Rewards.
  • All personal information acquired by Limelight Cinemas is confidential and will be used for the operation of the Limelight Legends Rewards program. Limelight Cinemas does not disclose this information to any other organisation.
