How do I join?

You can sign-up to Limelight Legends either on our website at http://limelightcinemas.com.au or by downloading our mobile app by searching Limelight Cinemas in the Apple App Store or Google Play. You must be aged 13 years or older to join.

What are the benefits of joining?

Earn points on tickets along with food and beverage purchases at the Candy Bar and in The Lounge.

Redeem points on FREE MOVIES and Candy Bar Offers.

How do I earn points?

You can earn point on all food and beverage purchases at the rate of $1 spend = 10 points*.

Points are earned on when purchasing a ticket as follows:

  1. Traditional Session = 100 points
  2. XD Session = 150 points
  3. The Lounge Session = 200 points

Points are only earned on your own tickets (limit 1 per session).

Where can I check my points balance?

You can check your points balance online by logging into our members area on our website or on our mobile app.

How long is my membership valid for?

Your membership doesn’t expire! We do however ask that you watch a movie at least once every year to remain active. If you become inactive, you won’t be able to redeem your points until you watch another movie.

Do my points expire?

Points expire 2 years from the date they are earned.

How do I redeem my points?

You can redeem your points online during a transaction by logging into your account or in store at the Candy Bar.

* Note: the redemption of points online is temporarily unavailable.

What can I redeem my points on?

Why can’t I redeem my points?

In order to be able to redeem your points you must have a complete profile. You can update your account details to ensure all mandatory fields are completed by logging in on our website.

Will I still earn points if my profile information is not complete?

Yes, but you won’t be able to redeem any of your points until you have completed your profile.

You can do this by logging into your account on our website.

Do I receive a physical membership card?

Apps are the new cards and we’re all about saving valuable space in your wallet. You can access a digital card by logging into your account on our mobile website or by downloading our mobile app from the Apple App Store or Google Play, just search “Limelight Cinemas”.

Don’t fear, if you’d still like a physical card, simply ask our friendly staff at the Box Office who will happily assist.

I had a physical card but I’ve lost it. Can I have a new one sent to me?

Unfortunately we’re unable to post replacement cards, but we’re more than happy to issue you one on your next visit, simply ask our friendly staff at the Box Office.

Alternatively you can access a digital card by logging into your account on our mobile website or by downloading our mobile app from the Apple App Store or Google Play, just search “Limelight Cinemas”.

Do I earn points from buying vouchers or gift cards?

You can earn points on the redemption of gift cards and vouchers.

You don’t earn points by purchasing gift cards or gift vouchers. This is because we consider these items to be pre-purchases.

How can I unsubscribe from marketing communications?

You can unsubscribe by clicking “Unsubscribe” at the bottom of the email, replying “STOP” to an SMS or by changing your subscription settings by logging into your account on our website.

I forgot my password or login details

I forgot to present my card/account when I made a purchase. How can I claim my points?

You can claim missing points by contacting our Customer Service Team by clicking here.

Points must be claimed within 30 days of the transaction date and a receipt or ticket must be supplied as proof of purchase.

Why do I have to provide my mobile number upon signup?

We use your mobile number to quickly identify your membership account in store.

I don’t have an email address, can I still join?

Limelight Legends is open to everyone over the age of 13, however you must have an email address in order to be able to join.

You can create an email address for free from many different providers including, Outlook, Gmail, Hotmail and more.
